Another good reason for software developers to get frustrated -
Heard that market is struggling with industry growth slow down as it is eventually going to hurt all the professionals working with.
Grape-wine has been started in the office that soon we are going to see lay-off. Everyone has started worrying about what will happen to them. No one is trying to grab this as an opportunity to get motivated with this fear that we need to be in a position where no such slow down can impact us.
Don't think any talented people well versed with technology will have any problem to face this. Software developer out there has to start looking for what one should do to not fear about losing job.
As I always say talented people never worries about what will happen if organization will leave them behind. They usually make miracle in such nasty situation only.
As stock market says be consistent in investing money and try to put more money when market is going down. In that situation there is high probability to make more money when market bounce back.
In touch situation like industry slow down, one should be more focus to get as much as knowledge one can.
